Refund Policy

The paid report is digital content that is delivered right after payment. By paying, you ask us to deliver it immediately, which means the EU 14-day right of withdrawal no longer applies once the report is shown.

We still want you to be happy with it. Write to support@safecheck.dev within 14 days and we will refund you in full if:

• the report didn't load or the PDF didn't work,
• you were charged twice, or
• the report is clearly wrong about your app.

Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
