Terms of Service
Last updated 14 October 2026
These terms cover your use of SafeCheck (safecheck.dev), a service that scans websites, GitHub repositories and Android apps for common security mistakes and sells a detailed report with fixes.
Only scan what you own
You may only scan apps, sites and repositories that you own or have permission to test. SafeCheck only reads what is already public (or what you grant through our read-only GitHub App) and never tries to break in, but you are responsible for what you choose to scan.
What you get
The free scan shows your grade and the kinds of problems found. The paid report is a one-time purchase for a single scan target. It shows where each problem is, step-by-step fixes, and a PDF. There is no subscription.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices include VAT where it applies. You will see the final price before you pay.
No guarantee
SafeCheck looks for common, well-known mistakes. A good grade does not mean your app is fully secure, and we can't promise to find every problem. The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the report.
Fair use
Don't use SafeCheck to attack, overload or harvest data from other people's systems, and don't try to get paid reports without paying. We may limit or block abusive use.
Refunds
See our refund policy.
